North Harbour Engineering specialise in custom made – large order or one-off projects – sheet metal, steel, stainless steel, wrought iron, and aluminium products for commercial and residential situations.
We supply FREE quotations and on-site measuring.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
CUTTING
We can arrange the cutting of all aspects of material whether it be Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting or Water Cutting.
FOLDING
One off items or large runs. CNC folding available for precision folding results. Using our Baykel 3100 x 160 ton CNC press, folding 5mm mild steel plate over 2.4 meters.
GUILLOTINING
Guillotining, we have a Dye guillotine in our workshop (ex university). It is capable of cutting 6mm mild steel sheet x 2.4m long
GALVANISING
The range of coating systems for our engineered products includes; Hot dipped galvanising, Zinc metal spray with seal or epoxy coating, Sand or bead blasting, Powder coating, Electroplating.
